Mamalang is hosting Fun Monday this week. Her instructions are: "It's the Christmas season, and I want you to tell us what are your three favorite Christmas Carols and a picture of your favorite Christmas "thing". It could be a Christmas tree, or your mantle, or a church, you in a Santa hat."

My three most favorite Christmas Carols are, "The Little Drummer Boy", "Christmas Eve in Sarajevo" and "Wizards in Winter". Two of those are performed by the Trans Siberian Orchestra. I love the music they produce. It can put nearly anyone in the Christmas spirit. I would so love to see them live!

You have accomplished a difficult task and hear someone else taking the credit. How do you deal with the situation? I would say something to the person taking credit for it. I would not do that to others and I expect them to not do it to me.

If you had to marry someone that you presently know unromantically, and spend the rest of your life as their spouse, who would you choose? I have no one that I would choose. I would rather spend the rest of my life alone than be in an unromantic relationship.

If you knew that in one year you would die suddenly, would you change anything about the way you are living now? I would like to say that I would not change anything but I am sure that I would. I honestly don't know how it would exactly change...I just know that it would change.

Question: What does it take to hurt your feelings?
Sometimes it takes a lot to hurt my feelings and sometimes it only takes one word or one look to upset me. It really depends on the person that is speaking to me, how they are saying or how they are looking at me. My daughter hurts my feelings more than anyone BUT I don't let her know that.

Opinion: Do you think people listen? Really listen?
I think there are very few people that actually listen. They hear what others are saying but they don't really listen. This is why projects get done half cocked.

Question: What shocks you?
~*~I like to think that nothing shocks me any more but I know that is a lie. Every day something happens to shock me and I am always amazed that it does shock me. The main thing that shocks me in life is some of the stupid things people do...makes me what to grab them and shake some sense into them.~*~

Opinion: Do you think people concentrate too much on what's shocking/taboo? Why or Why not?
~*~Yes, I think people concentrate too much on what is shocking and taboo. And by doing so they create more drama then necessary. Also, there are some things that the majority of the people don't find shocking or taboo, yet a select few focus on that topic and can't seem to let it go....drives me crazy!~*~

Sunday - Question: What moves you? I have to get up each morning and go to work...work means I get money and money means I can buy food, pay rent and etc. So, I guess work moves me.
Opinion: What do you think drives a madman? I don't think madmen see themselves as mad. They are driven by whatever anger/hate/desire they have build up inside them.

Monday - Question: What makes you think? Children, men, work and life in general make me think. It seems as if every day I am faced with a new challenge that makes me stop and rethink how things are.
Opinion: Do you think people stop to smell the roses (so to speak)? I don't think people stop often enough! Our society has become very fast paced.

Tuesday - Question: If you could be one animal, what would it be and why? I would love to be a tiger. They are beautiful and powerful creatures.
Opinion: Do you think animals deserve rights too? Why or Why not? I think animals deserve rights too. They can't really defend their self against us and need humans to stand up for them.

Question: How old were you when you stopped believing in the Easter Bunny? Santa Claus? Tooth Fairy? True Love? Prince Charming (aka Mr. Right) coming to save you on a white steed? Or if you haven't stopped believing, why?

I was like 8 years old when I found out that there wasn't a Santa Claus, Easter Bunny or Tooth Fairy...at least not the way I thought of them. But I don't think I ever stopped believing in the magic behind it all. I still feel that there is such a thing as True Love and Prince Charming. I don't think Prince Charming will save me on a white steed though. I will settle for a nice car, good job and a house.

Opinion: What is the most important issue to you right now?

The most important issue to me right now is helping my children and family (and myself) to be happy. I am so tired of drama and depression...I just want things to be good again.

1. When was the last time you ate pancakes? I had pancakes one day last week for dinner. I love having breakfast for dinner :)

2. Where is the last place you would want to spend your birthday? The last place I would want to spend my birthday is in some sleazy bar. I would rather go to a nice restaurant for dinner then watch a movie before heading home to sleep.

3. What was the last awkward situation you found yourself in? I would rather not discuss the last awkward situation I was in...it is personal.

4. When was the last time you wore a bathing suit? I have not worn a bathing suit in years. I prefer to wear a tee-shirt and shorts to swim in. I must keep my fat covered!

5. Who is the last celebrity you would want as a roommate? The last celebrity I would want as a roommate is Britney Spears. She has too much drama in her life and too much press surrounding her at all times.
